The return of an article can be done within 30 days following the reception of this one. There are two options available to the customer, either the return directly to the trade or through Purolator. Only the value of the item (including taxes) will be refunded.
For the return in store, bring the invoice and the product. It will be refunded if it is in its original packaging, undamaged or unused.
For a return via Purolator, the customer must contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) in order to have the return authorization and receive the information. The customer will be responsible for the delivery costs and the risk of loss and damage.
If the product is damaged by shipping, you must immediately report it to us and send photos to email@example.com. We will contact you to tell you what to do.
If we made an error in your order (wrong product or missing product), the customer must contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org. The right product will be shipped free of charge.
