We serve only Canada. Depending on demand, we could later expand our territory. All our orders are shipped via Canada Post. We also offer in-store pickup service. Delivery and handling costs are based on the total weight of your order. The processing and shipping of your order will be done during business days (Monday to Friday) except during holidays.

Parcel return by Canada Post

When an error in the address (incomplete or incorrect information) and the package is returned to us, the customer assumes the cost of returning the package. If the customer wishes to be shipped back the package, he will have to pay the cost of return and the shipping costs for the return of the package. If the customer wants a refund, only the value of the item (including taxes) will be refunded.

You want to receive your package at a different address than the one in your file, there is no problem. In the Delivery Information section, select the option: Deliver to a new address. You will only have to fill in the required information and your parcel will be delivered to this address.
