Métabisulfite de potassium

For sulphite additions to wine: add 1/2 teaspoon per 23 liters of wine; gives about 50 ppm. Dissolve in a small amount of cold water. Add in the wine and stir vigorously.

For a 2.5% cleaning solution: dissolve 50 grams (8 teaspoons) in 4 liters of cold water.

1 teaspoon is approximately 6.1 g
